School software built for how Nigerian schools actually run
SchoolKit is school management software for Nigerian private schools: fee collection via Paystack, results and report cards, attendance and a parent portal, built to work offline.
Why SchoolKit exists
Most Nigerian private schools still run on Excel sheets, receipt books, bank-alert screenshots and WhatsApp groups. The software built for them is usually adapted from a UK or Indian product, and it shows: semesters instead of terms, card payments instead of transfers, and nothing that works when the network drops.
SchoolKit is built from scratch in Lagos for Nigerian schools. Fees are collected through Paystack by card, transfer or USSD. Results follow the CA and exam structures Nigerian schools use. Receipts and notices reach parents on WhatsApp. And the whole system keeps working offline, then syncs when the connection returns.
